Privacy & data use

Draft for owner/legal approval · Last reviewed 2 September 2026

What we process

When you submit a website for analysis, NOTABIS processes the submitted URL, crawl results, technical measurements, detected issues, report data and, where available, rendered desktop and mobile screenshots. Authenticated use also uses your central NOTABIS account subject to enforce ownership, entitlements and credits.

How crawling works

The crawler is designed for user-directed SEO auditing. It reads and enforces robots.txt rules, including Allow, Disallow and Crawl-delay. It uses bounded page, depth, timeout, body-size, redirect and retry limits. It does not bypass access controls, WAF challenges or anti-bot measures.

Reports and sharing

Public audit reports use a non-sequential public identifier. Do not submit confidential or sensitive URLs unless you are authorized to do so. Authenticated account routes enforce account ownership separately from public report access.

Payments and analytics

Subscriptions and payments are handled by the central NOTABIS account platform and its payment providers. The SEO site uses privacy-focused analytics configured by NOTABIS. No full payment-card data is stored by the SEO Auditor.

Retention and requests

Audit reports, screenshots, progress records and operational logs are retained according to the final NOTABIS retention schedule. The deletion, access and correction process must be confirmed by the service owner before this page is treated as the final legal notice.

Crawler identity
