1. The service

NOTABIS SEO Auditor is a hosted service that fetches publicly reachable web pages and produces technical SEO observations, measurements, evidence and recommendations. It is an analysis aid, not a search-engine submission service, ranking guarantee, accessibility certification, legal assessment or security penetration test.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your NOTABIS account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, API keys and report links. Do not share API keys in tickets, URLs, screenshots or public repositories. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Authority to submit a target

You may submit only websites and URLs that you own or are authorised to analyse. You are responsible for obtaining any permission required from the site owner, hosting provider or other affected party. Do not use the service to probe private systems, bypass authentication, evade a WAF, defeat a CAPTCHA, or crawl a target contrary to applicable instructions.

4. Responsible crawling

The crawler identifies itself, checks robots.txt, applies same-origin and destination-safety controls, observes applicable crawl delays and uses bounded page, depth, timeout, response-size, redirect, retry and request-rate limits. A target can block requests or return incomplete data. We may stop or limit an audit to protect the target, the service or other users.

5. Free usage, NT and page limits

Core SEO features include a product-specific free allowance. Signed-in users receive two successful free audits per UTC day, up to 50 pages per audit; anonymous visitors receive one free audit per day, up to 20 pages. Failed or blocked audits do not use a successful-audit allowance. After the signed-in free allowance is used, you may explicitly approve a standard audit for 10 NT, up to 50 pages. NT is debited only after the audit completes successfully. The applicable limits and price are shown before you approve paid work.

6. Reports and recommendations

Reports reflect the pages and responses that could be measured at the time of the audit. Scores and findings can be affected by robots rules, network conditions, redirects, rate limits, JavaScript rendering, target configuration and crawler availability. They do not promise rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, compliance or a particular business outcome. Validate recommendations before applying them to production.

7. Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for URLs, instructions and other material you submit. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data or confidential information unless you are authorised and the submission is necessary. You must not overload the service or a target, interfere with another user, reverse engineer protected portions, resell access without permission, or use reports to facilitate abuse.

8. Public reports and sharing

Some reports may be accessible through a non-sequential public report link. Treat that link as shareable access to the report and do not include confidential targets or sensitive query parameters. Authenticated history and account operations are subject to account ownership checks.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on infrastructure and account, payment, analytics, browser-rendering and network providers. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as full card data by the SEO Auditor.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features, limits or integrations. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement or breach of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve report integrity, but no uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.

11. Intellectual property

NOTABIS and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and general know-how. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable charges, you may use your reports for your internal business purposes and authorised client work.
